Taffie Dog Escapes Basement Apartment

Taffie Dog escaped the basement by pulling on the lock of a double glazed window. We put a camera out after blaming each other for not putting the dog inside. It was back in 2012 and we had a bad camera so footage is bad but impressed us in how she got out.
